Terms of Service

1) PlayDedicated.com Gaming Network allows a 5 day grace period from the very first time you purchase your server. If you don't like it, simply say so within 5 days and you will get a full refund. There are no more grace periods after the date which you first purchase your server.

2) PlayDedicated.com Gaming Network is not responsible for your stupidity. If you somehow manage to corrupt or even delete your game install we will charge a 10 dollar re-install. If re-install is not necessary and problem can be easily fixed, simply ask and we will fix it. If you are not familiar with FTP there are many guides available on the internet.

3) PlayDedicated.com Gaming Network is not responsible for stolen password. If some random persons gets a hold of your password and starts messing with your server, we will change the password just contact support. If you simply forgot your password, let us know and we'll help you out.

4) Private servers must remain locked at ALL times, passwords are NOT allowed to be mass-emailed, posted on forums, posted in IRC topics, and especially not in the server hostname. This will result in a termination of your contract with NO refunds!

5) If you some how find a way to host pornography through your server, this is illegal and will result in a termination of your account with NO refunds.

6) If you publicly announce your redirect site info, and/or use it on any game servers out side of our network this will result in a termination of your account with NO refunds.

7) PlayDedicated.com Gaming Network has zero tolerance for degrading our company name and/or services. If you do so this will result in a termination of your account with NO refunds, and may also result in a law suite filed on the guilty party.

8) The rules and regulations of this Terms of Services are subject to change at anytime. We will do as we see fit as the matter prevails it self.

9) PlayDedicated.com Gaming Network, has a 6 month refund policy if anyone should wish to cancel on a six month contract, they will get NO REFUNDS unless stated otherwise by management. IF refunded they will only receive half the refunded 6 month price minus the normal monthly cost.
